You must not:
- use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to an account where we reasonably believe that these Terms have been violated.
3. Submitting Project Requests
Clients may submit requests for CAD/CAM, engineering, prototyping, manufacturing, or related services through our website, platform, email, or other agreed communication channels.
When submitting a request, the client should provide all information reasonably necessary for us to understand and evaluate the project, which may include:
- drawings and technical documentation;
- CAD files and models;
- dimensions and tolerances;
- material specifications;
- quantities;
- manufacturing requirements;
- surface finish requirements;
- delivery requirements;
- applicable standards or specifications;
- other relevant technical information.
The client is responsible for ensuring that the information and files submitted are accurate, complete, and suitable for the requested work.
If information is incomplete or unclear, we may request additional information before preparing a quotation or beginning work.
4. Quotations and Project Acceptance
A quotation provided by CAD/CAM Partner will normally specify the services included, price, estimated timeframe, and any relevant assumptions or conditions.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, a quotation is valid for 5 days from the date of issue.
A quotation does not constitute acceptance of an order until the project has been expressly accepted by CAD/CAM Partner.
A project becomes binding when the client accepts our quotation or otherwise confirms the order in writing and any required advance payment has been received.
We reserve the right to correct obvious errors or omissions in quotations before acceptance.
5. Changes to Project Requirements
Clients may request changes to a project after submission or acceptance.
Changes may affect the price and/or delivery timeframe. Where a requested change materially affects the scope of work, CAD/CAM Partner may provide a revised quotation before proceeding.
Additional work resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or subsequently changed client requirements may be charged separately.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate information, specifications, drawings, files, and instructions necessary for the successful completion of the project.
The client must ensure that it has the legal right to provide all files, designs, drawings, trademarks, technical information, and other materials supplied to CAD/CAM Partner.
The client represents that the materials supplied to us do not knowingly infringe the intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties.
CAD/CAM Partner is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or misleading information supplied by the client.
7. CAD Design and Engineering Services
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, CAD/CAM Partner will perform design and engineering work according to the requirements and specifications agreed with the client.
Where design work is based on client-provided drawings, measurements, models, or specifications, the client remains responsible for confirming that the final design meets its intended application and requirements.
The client should review and approve designs, drawings, models, and other deliverables before they are used for manufacturing or other applications.
Where appropriate, CAD/CAM Partner may recommend design changes intended to improve manufacturability, machining efficiency, accuracy, or production performance. Such recommendations do not transfer responsibility for the final application of the product to CAD/CAM Partner unless expressly agreed in writing.
8. Manufacturing and Prototyping
For manufacturing and prototyping projects, the agreed quotation or project documentation will define the applicable materials, quantities, tolerances, finishes, specifications, and other requirements.
Manufacturing tolerances and acceptable variations will be determined by the applicable technical drawings, specifications, standards, or written agreement.
Where no specific tolerance or standard has been agreed, work will be performed according to reasonable industry practice appropriate to the project.
Prototype parts are intended for evaluation, testing, or development unless otherwise agreed. A prototype should not be considered suitable for safety-critical, medical, aerospace, automotive, or other regulated applications without appropriate validation and written agreement.
9. Prices and Payment
Prices for services will be stated in the applicable quotation or order confirmation.
Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 10 business days of the invoice date.
We may require an advance payment before beginning certain projects.
If payment is overdue, CAD/CAM Partner may suspend work or delivery until outstanding amounts have been paid.
Any applicable taxes, VAT, shipping costs, customs duties, or other charges will be handled as specified in the quotation or as required by applicable law.
10. Delivery and Project Timeframes
Any delivery date or project completion timeframe provided by CAD/CAM Partner is an estimate unless expressly agreed in writing as a binding deadline.
Project timelines may be affected by:
- changes to project requirements;
- delayed client approvals;
- missing or inaccurate information;
- material availability;
- machine availability;
- third-party suppliers;
- shipping or transportation delays;
- events outside our reasonable control.
We will make reasonable efforts to inform the client of significant delays affecting the project.
11. Inspection and Acceptance
The client should inspect delivered products, prototypes, parts, files, and other deliverables within a reasonable period after receipt.
Any apparent defects, discrepancies, or non-conformities should be reported to CAD/CAM Partner as soon as reasonably possible, together with sufficient information to allow us to investigate the issue.
Where a confirmed non-conformity is attributable to CAD/CAM Partner, we may, at our discretion and subject to applicable law, correct the work, remake the affected part or deliverable, or provide another appropriate remedy.
12. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each party retains ownership of the intellectual property it owned before the start of a project.
Client-provided designs, drawings, CAD files, trademarks, technical information, and other materials remain the property of the client or the relevant rights holder.
CAD/CAM Partner retains ownership of its pre-existing know-how, methods, processes, templates, software, tools, techniques, and other intellectual property used to provide the services.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment for a project does not automatically transfer CAD/CAM Partner's pre-existing intellectual property to the client.
Ownership and permitted use of newly created project-specific designs, CAD files, CAM programs, technical documentation, and other deliverables should be determined by the applicable quotation or written agreement.
13. Confidentiality
Both parties may receive confidential technical, commercial, financial, or other information in connection with a project.
Each party agrees to use confidential information only for the purpose for which it was provided and to take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized disclosure.
Confidential information does not include information that:
- is publicly available through no breach of these Terms;
- was already lawfully known to the receiving party;
- is independently developed without use of the confidential information; or
- must be disclosed by law or a competent authority.
Where a project requires additional confidentiality protections, the parties may enter into a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
14. Data and Personal Information
We may collect and process personal information necessary to provide our services, manage accounts, communicate with clients, process requests, and comply with legal obligations.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), where applicable.
Clients should not upload personal or confidential information that is unnecessary for the performance of the requested service.
15. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party providers where necessary to operate our website, platform, communications, payment processing, hosting, shipping, or other business functions.
We are not responsible for interruptions or failures caused exclusively by third-party services outside our reasonable control.
Where a third party is directly contracted by the client, the terms applicable to that third party will govern the relevant service.
16. Website Content
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information published on our website is accurate and up to date.
However, website content is provided for general informational purposes and may be changed without notice.
Descriptions, photographs, examples, specifications, and other website materials should not be treated as a contractual specification unless expressly incorporated into a quotation or written agreement.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
We will provide our services with reasonable care and professional skill.
However, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, we do not guarantee that:
- the website or platform will always be available without interruption;
- every project will be completed within an estimated timeframe;
- a design will be suitable for an application that was not disclosed to us;
- a prototype or manufactured component will be suitable for a particular regulated or safety-critical application;
- third-party services or systems will operate without interruption.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any statutory rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CAD/CAM Partner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from the use of our website, platform, or services.
Our liability in relation to a specific project shall, to the extent permitted by applicable law, be limited to the amount actually paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded, including liability arising from intentional misconduct or other circumstances for which applicable law prohibits limitation.
19. Force Majeure
CAD/CAM Partner will not be responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include natural disasters, fire, serious equipment failure, power outages, war, governmental restrictions, strikes, transportation disruptions, supply-chain disruptions, cyber incidents, pandemics, or other events that could not reasonably have been prevented or overcome.
Where such an event occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to minimize its effect and resume performance as soon as reasonably possible.
20. Suspension and Termination
Either party may request termination of a project in accordance with the applicable quotation or written agreement.
If a client terminates a project after work has begun, the client may be responsible for payment for work already completed, materials purchased, third-party costs incurred, and other non-refundable costs reasonably incurred in connection with the project.
CAD/CAM Partner may suspend or terminate access to the website or platform where a user materially breaches these Terms, fails to make required payments, or uses the platform unlawfully.
21. Links to Other Websites
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services.
Such links are provided for convenience only. CAD/CAM Partner does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or privacy practices of third-party websites.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices, technology, or legal requirements.
The updated version will be published on our website with a revised "Last updated" date.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria, unless applicable mandatory law provides otherwise.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the services provided by CAD/CAM Partner shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Gabrovo, Bulgaria, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
For consumer clients, mandatory consumer protection rights and applicable dispute-resolution mechanisms remain unaffected.
24. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced or interpreted to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original purpose as far as legally possible.
25. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any quotation, order confirmation, project specification, NDA, or other written agreement expressly incorporated into the project, constitute the agreement between CAD/CAM Partner and the client concerning the relevant services.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and a specific written project agreement, the specific project agreement will prevail to the extent of the conflict.
